In general, you can visit the www.arborite.com web site without providing any personal information to us. We will request personal contact information from you if you order a sample from the web site. The information collected consists of your name, the name of your company or workplace, your telephone number where you can be reached, your e-mail address and street address. We also ask that you create a password to preclude access to your contact profile and to operate the shopping cart function on the web site.

When you order products from Arborite®, we collect your contact information, your shipping and your invoicing address. With your authorization, we collect and use your credit card information for payment purposes.
If you apply for an account or credit with Arborite®, we ask for information concerning your business and for banking and credit references. With your authorization, we use this information to conduct credit assessments through credit reporting agencies and the references you provide.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the personal information you provide through our web site to respond to inquiries sent using the Contact Us feature of the web site and to process and ship the product samples you request.

We use the contact, shipping and invoicing information you provide when ordering products from us to process your shipment, your account and your payments. We share your contact and shipping information, but not your invoicing information, with our distributors in order to bill and ship your order.
